Drain/Refill

If your pool simply needs to be drained and then refilled to reduce hardness, we will perform this work for $125.00 as a stand-alone job. If tied to other major work (Tile Cleaning, etc.) the price is reduced to $75.00. As a key part of this process, we advise you on chemical need upon refill completion.

Tile Replacement

In the case of loose, missing or broken tile, we first typically "tap" all tiles in order to identify additional loose tiles. We then remove those tiles, grind off remaining thin-set material and then re-install (using thin-set with an acrylic bonder) and then re-qrout all tiles.Your cost can be reduced if you obtain new tile to replace the old. This avoids our need to "clean up" the old tile.

• If performed in conjunction with tile cleaning or an acid wash, our charge for this service is $60.00 per hour, with no job minimum.
• As a stand-alone job, our charge for this service is $60.00 for each hour of repair. If total job costs run less than $250, a service call charge of $40-60 may also apply.

Rust Spot Repair

If your plaster pool suffers from one or two rust spots bleeding through, you've called the right company. To effect these repairs, we grind down to the rebar, remove the rusted section, "dovetail" the joint for better holding, coat the exposed rebar with a sealant and then use waterproof plaster to finish the patch.

• If performed in conjunction with an acid wash, our charge for this service is $60.00 per repair patch.
• As a stand-alone job, our charge for this service is $125.00 to drain the pool and $60.00 per patch.
• If a "call back" is required to sand the spots or re-start the pool, a Service Call charge may also apply.
